Being an avid traveller for food the world over, mostly in Asia...(including China) I cannot believe this has popped up in Nowra. Normally a seriously boring and conservative town on the food front, this is totally out of the box and the food out of this world. The first time I tried thier noodle dish called (anglicised) to Barbara Noodles, I nearly cried it was so comforting and delicious. Real totally authentic food from South Western China! Not a grain of MSG either. 10 out of 10 for flavour, 10 out of 10 for texture and freshness. Such a treat, as is everything I've tried there, and I've eaten my way through the menu happily since making this discovery. Rush, don't dawdle to this great spot. Say hi to the gorgeous owner Elvina and enjoy. I promise you wont regret it and you will be back.

My partner and I regular go to Fatty Dumplings for our Dumpling fix. We can never fault the food or the service. The girls never fail to put a smile on our face, they’re some of the most kind people we have both ever met. The food never fails to meet our expectations and we regularly talk about when we will go back for more. None of their products are over priced. As a vegetarian, the “simplicity” dumplings are a very nice switch up from the standards vegetarian dumplings most other places serve and I never get sick of them. I also love the “Xiao Mian” noodles. My partner absolutely loves the “juicy beef” dumplings. We definitely recommend that anyone in the area goes to visit the girls at Fatty Dumplings for their next feed😊

YUM! Nowra is no longer a culinary wasteland with this gem! Delicious dumplings and yummy noodles. I could eat the chilli sauce on its own! I'll be going back to try every item on the menu! 🥟10/10 food and service!
